Accomplishments

What makes a season great to us may differ from other clubs. We succeeded in helping 33 teams in the winter and 27 teams in the spring, or approximately 600 female athletes be active and improve their volleyball skills from January until July! We ate great food prepared by our parents, bought thousands of yards of ribbon and learned how to play as a team.

Success may still be measured by wins and losses so here is a few highlights from our 2010 season! Within this season we had 1 state champion (16-Open), 2 state runner-ups (17-Open & 18-Open), and many more great finishes .  In 2011 we had 5 state champions and 2 state runner-ups. Looking forward to 2012!

The AAU nationals was an exciting event for the 10 MVA teams who traveled to Orlando, Florida. MVA placed three teams in the top ten: 18-Ashmore placed 5th, 17-Netzler placed 9th, and 15-Brehm placed 9th.  In 2011 we had 4 top 10 finishes and 4 MVA players voted All stars!
